We had a great value for our money at this motor inn. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, with separate areas for my family. The location was convenient, right on the main road and close to SH10. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested to have dinner outside at the picnic tables with our large family.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

We had a great stay at a fantastic place in Kaitaia. The manager upgraded us to two conjoined rooms, which were very comfortable. Each room had a full bathroom, TV, and a great heater. The staff were friendly and the location, although not near any spectacular attractions, was convenient. We felt safe with the lights on all night and enjoyed the value for our money. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel in a favourable position close to restaurants. Fully functional room for my needs, amazing friendly and exceptionally friendly staff. A wide array of fantastic breakfast options. Location really close to Fast food outlets, and Kaitaia. What a really lovely stay, nothing too much trouble.

I chose this hotel for a convention and was pleased to find a computer at reception for complimentary internet access, which was very convenient for my work.

I wish they had provided a business center with printing facilities.

The hotel has basic amenities, including a fridge and microwave in the rooms. This was very convenient for us during our stay as we could heat up food whenever we needed to. The rooms were comfortable and had swinging doors to the bathroom, which gave it a modern touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel, centrally situated in the small far-northern town we visited, was perfect for exploring the local area.

The location of this hotel is advantageous with its close proximity to takeaways, even if the restaurant was somewhat down market. The rooms are clean, warm and well-appointed, with good facilities and a selection of local wines. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, helping with disability requirements. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including homemade yogurt, and there is a bar on-site.

One of the rooms had bed bugs, which is a major drawback.

The staff at Orana Motor Inn & Restaurant were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the air conditioning but they promptly resolved it, ensuring a comfortable stay. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a highlight, and the location was ideal for exploring the town. The onsite restaurant was closed early, but thankfully there was a fantastic alternative just next door. I would recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. Additionally, the room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities that I needed. The hotel's central location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the small town center. The breakfast provided was a great bonus, allowing me to start my day off right.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel over the Christmas period. We loved the convenient location, as it was close to the beach and local shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable during our stay. The meals provided were amazing and very reasonably priced. the hotel offered fantastic amenities, such as a swimming pool and outdoor BBQ area, which we enjoyed during our stay.

We did find that the bathroom facilities in our room were outdated and not very functional. The power point was situated in an inconvenient location, and the hot water took a while to come through.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in the area and it was very easy to get around. I also appreciated how clean everything was, from the room to the pool area. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and air conditioning, were great additions to my stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist with anything I needed.

We spent Easter weekend at a motel in a small town. the dinner we had one night was quite delicious and the owner and staff were pleasant and supportive. We were provided with free Wi-Fi and parking facilities and this was useful for us.

The rooms were sub-standard. We were allocated tiny adjoining rooms with no space to put our bags, and the wardrobes seemed to be makeshift spaces with none of the resources we were expecting.
